The Rec room / game room / family room
whatever you call it we need the room.

Not much yet but starting to take shape
making progress . . . . . . .

In our world we just keep changing our minds.
After a half year of trying to get someone to pour footings (for such a small job so far out) and always being on the bottom
of the list (and pushed further down with every major storm it seemed)Gail had one of her epiphanies and it since the
garage as a good floor why not just go that direction. (We can build another garage in a year r two if we want)

So we are dividing the garage into a rec room/family room/game room and a large bedroom for Sarrah Gibbons.

This room is a lot of fun to design and everyone has ideas on what they want.


The old steps going form the garage to the house
will be redone and the doorway opened up.

The plastic is up for hot days to keep the A/C in
the main house and to help keep construction dust out.


Looking to the south wall. This end of the room
is wider to help allow room for a gaming table.


the rear wall. There used to be a door to the rabbitry
in this space. It has now been closed off and sealed.
The rabbity door has been moved to the north
wall of the rabbitry and you get there through the north yard


Before we moved the wall so there would be enough space for the game table. Sarrah never bothered to find out how much space she
would need till we were working on electric
and needed to know where to put outlets.

This area is now part of the rabbitry

1st stall of the garage which was used for storage

this has become Sarrah's bedroom

2nd stall, fence was put up to keep tenet's
dogs out of the garage. It will be removed.
